Jean-Yves Fredriksen, Guide de Haute Montagne et Moniteur de ski.

Jean-Yves grew up in the Vosges region of eastern France. Now living in the Abondance valley he spends his summer teaching rock climbing and leading various mountain expeditions. Whilst in winter he does some ski instructing when not organising randonnee and heli-skiing excursions. He makes a mean genepi and has been known to buy the first round of apres ski beers after an interesting day on the mountain !

We can arrange off piste day excursions to Les Diablerets glacier (Switzerland), le Vallee blanche (France) or the Grand St Bernard ski area with a descent into Italy.

Cost for the guide is 70 € per person based on a minimum of 4 in a group.
